Returns and refunds

🌺 Return & Exchange Policy

Time Limit

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Custom or personalized items (if any) cannot be returned.

Who Pays Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns or exchanges.
  • Exceptions: If your shop sends the wrong item or an item is defective upon arrival, I will cover replacement shipping.
  • Important: I am not responsible for items damaged in transit by the post office. Once a package leaves the shop, shipping risks are with the carrier unless the error was on my end.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, digital products, and perishable items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days with photos.
  • I will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.
