Who Can Buy

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• We currently ship only within the U.S.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, errors, or policy violations).
• If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Changes

• Prices are as listed at checkout.
• Occasionally, prices may change; you pay the price displayed when you complete your order.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and content are copyrighted and owned by the shop.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs for commercial purposes without permission.

Shipping & Liability

• We use USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelopes ($11.95).
• Once an item leaves the shop, we are not responsible for postal damages or delays.
• In the rare case of wrong or defective items, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Emergencies & Situations Beyond Control

• We are not liable for delays or problems caused by natural disasters, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events.

Customer Conduct

• Please be respectful — abusive or fraudulent customers may have orders canceled.

Wholesale

• We offer wholesale only to verified retailers. Minimum orders start at $300. Email breadbasketandmore@gmail.com for inquiries.

Disputes & Governing Law

• These terms follow U.S. law.
• Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hawaii County, Hawaii, or via binding arbitration if agreed.
